How Do I Place An Order?
This is the fastest and most convenient ordering option available to you. Online ordering always starts with adding items to your shopping cart.
Step 1: Add items to your cart and select 'Checkout'.
Step 2: You can either create an account or checkout as a guest.
Note: You will be requested to give your Name and Email address if you choose the Guest checkout option.
Step 3: Decide which payment method you would like to use: Credit Card or a Personal Credit Card.
Note: Please put in the correct name and address to have your product ship.
Once payment is receive you will receive an confirmation email and a tracking number when your product is being shipped.
Payment & Shipping
Shipping is based on weight, shipping method selected, and your shipping address. Postal/Standard ship prices typically start at $6.99.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will usually be processed within 3-5 business days of ordering and shipped within one day of processing. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
Ship prices are adjusted at checkout based on the items in your order, number of shipments, country, and shipping method. We offer Postal | Fast (Ground) | Faster (Two Day) | Fastest (Next Day) shipping for US based customers and Standard shipping for customers outside of the US (Additional expedited ship methods may be available depending on the country).
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
To find out how much shipping is for your order, add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping address during the first step of the checkout process, then proceed to the second step to see the shipping options and prices. You'll see the shipping cost under each shipping option in the Shipping Method section and the Total Cost (Items + Shipping + Tax) on the right side of the screen under Cart Summary. Shipping options and prices will vary based on the items you have in your cart. Add or remove items and follow the same steps to determine the new shipping price.
Returns & Refunds
We cannot accept returns or process refunds if:
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
The item(s) have been worn or washed.
Because the items are made to order, I can't really accept returns or exchanges if it is a just matter of preference. But if there are any defects, issues, problems with the items you've received, I will definitely make it right. Just contact me with details on the issues and send a picture of the item..
